Expansion of FamiCord activity to Balkans

FamiCord Group offers its services to families mostly in a B2C model where FamiCord subsidiary has
direct contractual relationships with family to collect and store cord blood stem cells. The other
model which is present in the market is B2B partnership, where 3 rd Party subcontracts FamiCord to
perform the services. In such situation Partner contractual responsibility to the client is to collect
cord blood and organize logistic to FamiCord to do processing, testing and storage of stem cells.

Recently FamiCord established new partnership with leading company from
the sector in Balkan countries – BioSave Group. Based on that partnership – cord
blood banking services provided by FamiCord will be offered to BioSave clients in Serbia,
Montenegro, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Slovenia and Macedonia as well as other markets in the region.
