Employee Satisfaction Survey 2025: A Strong Foundation – Clear Impulses for the Future

Once again this year, many colleagues participated in our group-wide Employee Satisfaction Survey. The high participation rate of more than 450 people clearly demonstrates that our employees want to contribute, share feedback, and actively support the further development of our organization. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who took part.

In previous years, overall employee satisfaction was calculated by combining both positive and neutral responses. This approach provided a broad view of general sentiment and overall acceptance.

Now it was decided to focus exclusively on positive responses (“Strongly agree” and “Rather agree”) when evaluating employee satisfaction. This adjustment allows for a clearer and more ambitious measurement of true engagement and active approval, rather than passive acceptance.

A Very Positive Overall Picture

The group-wide results confirm a strong foundation:

  • Overall satisfaction remains at a high level.
  • Identification with the company and pride in being part of the Group are consistently strong across the organization.
  • Particularly positive ratings were given to collaboration within teams, the commitment of colleagues, and the strong focus on safety and quality.

These results underline that our corporate culture is shaped by professionalism, responsibility, and team spirit.

Positive Development Compared to Last Year

Compared to the previous year, the Group shows an overall stable to slightly positive development. Improvements have been achieved in several areas — a clear indication that implemented measures are having an impact and that employee feedback is being taken seriously.

At the same time, the survey makes it clear that satisfaction cannot be taken for granted. Some areas continue to show development potential — particularly regarding cross-functional transparency, prioritization, and strategic clarity.

What We Derive from the Results

At Group level, three key action areas can be identified:

Strengthening Transparency and Communication

Clear strategic direction, understandable priorities, and regular updates on key topics remain essential.

Further Developing and Supporting Leadership

Leadership has a significant impact on engagement and motivation. We will continue to strengthen our leaders — particularly in the areas of communication, feedback, and change management.

Promoting Cross-Functional Collaboration

While teamwork within individual teams is rated very positively, we see potential in enhancing collaboration across departments and locations.

Our Shared Commitment

The Employee Satisfaction Survey is a dialogue tool. The results form the basis for concrete actions at Group level. Our goal is to further build on our strengths while systematically addressing the identified development areas.

Our commitment remains clear:
To create a working environment in which people feel valued, can take responsibility, and succeed together.

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their perspective. Your feedback makes the difference.
